Page will not design any homepage containing material unsuitable
for family viewing eg. pornography, hatred, propaganda, racism,
violence, firearms, weapons etc.
b). Your
Page hosting works on 12 monthly contracts. Your Page cannot
be held responsible for unforseen outages caused by our own
servers. In the event of Your Page changing hosting services,
all effected sites will be reassigned new urls and owners of
respective sites will be notified immediately.
c). All
materials contained herein, including but not limited to the
copyrights, trade names, logos, icons, flash movies, text, graphics
and images are property of and proprietary to YOUR PAGE and
are duly protected by the Intellectual Property laws of the
UK. The use of the foregoing is strictly prohibited unless the
prior written consent of YOUR PAGE is obtained for such purpose.
d). You
may not place any of our products or services, modified or unmodified,
on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them
for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written
consent from our company.
e). Our
products are provided "as is" without warranty of
any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our
juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not
limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential
damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability
to use our products.
f). All
Your Page homepages will contain a graphic or text link back
to www.yourpage.co.uk. This link can be removed for a small
